I am hosting a grad party for approx 75 people. Menu fried chicken, wings, macaroni salad, tossed salad,rigatoni with meatballs and cheesy potatoes. Not sure how much to buy. |

Where I give amounts for 100, you would use 3/4. fried chicken, 1 piece per person wings, 3-6 pieces per person macaroni salad, 6 pounds dry pasta per 100 tossed salad, see plan for 100 page
rigatoni with meatballs- 5 pounds dry pasta, meatballs per family preference |
