I'm making three salads for 50 people for a brunch. These will be in addition to several other salads, bagels, kugel, and dessert. Can you help with quantities for these: tomato / bocconcini / basil salad - how many tomatoes, how many bocconcini balls? watermelon / feta / mint salad - how many watermelons, how much feta? Tuna salad - how many tins of tuna? Thanks for your help!! |

Michelle, this is a tough estimate without enough info on amounts of other foods... tomato / bocconcini / basil salad - how many tomatoes, how many bocconcini balls? 1 pound tomatoes per 8, balls per your usual custom for the weight watermelon / feta / mint salad - how many watermelons, how much feta? 1/4 pound watermelon per person. 1 pound feta crumbles per 15 tuna salad- Many variations of recipes, about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons total |
