Im making 250 chocolate covered strawberries for a friends wedding and was wondering how much chocolate I would need roughly? I usually buy Merkens chocolate in 2 lb bags or 5lb bags. Thanks |

Sorry, but it depends on the size of the strawberries. I suggest you do a small batch in the right size berry and measure/weigh. |

1 pound chocolate per 3 pounds strawberries, if you are going to drizzle white chocolate on top to trim, 3/4 pound per 3 pounds strawberries. |
