I am planning a Hawwaiian Dinner and plan on using the full size deep pans on top of the same size pans. What is your suggestion to use in the bottom pan to keep the upper pan above the water line? |

??? Normally, the rims of the pans overlap and accomplish this. rings, such as tuna cans with both ends cut out, would accomplish this. |

Look at the breakfast planning page. It matters what kind of kitchen, refrigeration, and serving you will do, and how much help you have. I need more info. Usually, a week-long menu is set up and repeated. |
