I hve an event where the host has asked me to cook and serve for 330 ppl. The menu consists of hot dogs, turkey burgers, pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans, chips, water, lemonade, sodas. I will not have to purchase the food...just cook and serve it. How much should I charge and how many people do I need to make this successful. |

Post to the pro catering forums: chef2chef.com cheftalk.com I would not attempt this with fewer than 8 cooks and 18 servers. It will take 2 cooks just to man the grills. |
