I am preparing mixed berries to go with wedding cake. I think 1/2 cup serving per person with cake is plenty. Appproximatley how many quarts of strawberries , pints of blueberries ,raspberries and blackberries would I need to purchase to fill this order? Thank you for your expertise on this matter.

You are looking for 25 quarts. I would 5/8 strawberries, as they are least expensive, and 1/8 each for the others. You can check out approximately how this would look by mixing 1 quart of strawberries with 1 pint of each of the others. |
