Thank you for the help with the banana pudding. They just requested also baked beans that have hamburger and sausage. I have made baked Beans with hamburger and cheese; however, I can't figure out the quantities for the beans. Also with using sausage also, will adding cheese work? |

You want to end up with 3 gallons for 100 people, that is about 8 pounds dry plus fixings. I would not add cheese if I were already adding both meats, and the beans were a side dish. |
