I have 15 lbs of pulled pork, gallon of coleslaw, vegetable kabobs and I am wondering how many hamburgers to grill to cover 60 people for a meal? |

You need 2 gallons of slaw. This is a tough call, as you have almost enough without the burgers, but with the burgers, some or even many people who would have been satisfied with the pork will eat burgers. I would do at least 5 pounds. Actually, what I would do is either just add 5 pounds of pork, or do meatballs, so I would not be grilling while trying to party... |
