Making shrimp for 40 women how much shuold I cook. also having other food califlower salad and toss salad tea sandwiches crab cakes pasta salad and crab dip. |

I am making lunch meat platter for 25-30 people...how much lunch meat and cheese should I buy....ham, turkey, roast beef, salami.and two cheeses. should I buy more of one lunch meat then the other? I am also making stuffed shells and meatballs....don't know if that should make a difference on how much lunch meat to buy. |

Of course it makes a difference in how many sandwiches. See the sandwich event page, do 1/4 the amount for 100, and expect to have some left. |
