how many pounds of prime rib would I need to do for about 100 guests? Or how many pieces of chicken to you serve per person. Thanks |

You need at least 3/4 pound bone-in prime rib per person, and 1 pound is not too much. For the chicken, see the discussion on the plan for 100 page- t depends on what kind of pieces. |
