I am having a wedding and need to know how much of sauce, noodles, and meat I need to purchase to feed 200 people. I am also having fried chicken as well so its not my only dish! Thanks! |

Unless you have another starchy side, everyone will take some; some will take about 1/2 cup as a side dish, and some will take about 1 1/2 cups as an entree. See the plan for 100 page for how many pieces of fried chicken. For the mostaccioli, see the sausage mozzarella bake for 120 for amounts and do about 1 1/3 times the recipe. |
