I bought 5 gallons of peanut oil last Thanksgiving 2004 I deep fried a Turkey and then using a filter I put the oil back in the gallon jugs they came in I then put the jugs on a bottom rack in my kitchen are they still good to use? or how can I tell if they have gone bad. Please let me know. Thanks Larry |

No no no, poultry product exposure and TOO OLD. It will make the new food taste bad, even if it doesn't make you sick. |
