How many people will 20 lbs of potato salad feed? Will be hosting approx 70 people and trying to determine if 20 lbs of potato salad will be enough. Will also have cole slaw and garden salad. |

20 pounds is about 2 1/2 gallons, which is about 1/2 cup per person. If it is a self-served buffet, you might want another 5-8 pounds. |
