making stuffed pork loin ( herb stuffed) plan on cooking day before reheating at wedding they have full kitchen but only allowed to reheat want pork to be moist any ideas will be greatly appreciated |

Pork can be brined. Gravy or sauce. Reheat slices, not whole roasts. |
