can GF flour be substituted for all purpose flour in a regular recipe? Would I put the same amount of GF as the other it calls for? |

Not usually, if the recipe depends on the gluten in the wheat flour, as most breads, cakes, and muffins do. Find Betty Hagman's baking series from her "Gluten Free Gourmet" cookbook series. |
