Hello! I am preparing a cold antipasto tray for 25-30 people for my Dad's 60th Birthday. We will also be serving a variety of homeade pizzas as the main course. We will also be serving homeade chicken wings, along with a vegetable tray: broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, cauliflower, bell peppers and raddishes and spinach dip. Taking the other food options what do you think I need for an antipasto tray? I was thinking a variety of olives, roasted red bell peppers, artichoke hearts and marinated mushrooms for veggies. Fresh, marinated mozerella, sharp provolone and spiced havarti for cheese. Along with salami, sopresata and capicola for the meat. I am wondering how much of each item I will need. |

Look here: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/appetiz2.html There are both a veggie based and a veggie plus meat based guide. |

Sorry-I'm a bit confused looking at those guides. Are they for antipasto trays or mixed antipasto salads? |

One is a salad, the other is an hors d'oeuvres tray. The amounts are what you need for a guide- |
