We are making coleslaw for 200 people. How many pounds of raw shredded cabbage do I need? And then how much creamy prepared dressing do I need. We will be serving baked beans too how many gallons do we need for 200 people? thank you so much. sheila |

Please see the recipes for slaw for 100 and baked beans for 100 on this site. You want about 5 gallons of slaw and 6 gallons of beans for the side dishes for this crowd. |
