I am planning a barbeque dinner for 150-175 people, can you tell me how much brisket and sausage to serve per plate. How many lbs of brisket and sausage do I need to purchase? The menu also consists of baked beans, potato salad, bread, pickles and onions |

Usual is 4-5 ounces ready to eat brisket (about 8 raw per person, it shrinks a lot) plus 3 ounces sausage- 1 pound per 4 if fresh or 5 if smoked. Makes a generous plate. |
