I could sure use some help! I am tentatively planning for 300 at my wedding reception. I am thinking of purchasing the following:
Boneless Ham (75 lb. boneless) We would also have cake, mints, punch, probably coffee, and a candy buffet bar. I was wondering how this menu sounds? Enough, not enough? Thanks so much for any help you can offer! |

Kev's gal, not nearly enough- if this is at a mealtime, I would do:
Boneless Ham (75 lb. boneless) 100 pounds If not at a meal time, you could reduce everything about 1/4 |

Natoya, 8 pounds dry peas per 100. The rice depends on the way you are serving, if it is a light side dish, or one of several starchy dishes, 8 pounds per 100; if it is a main dish and you need a plateful for each person, 12-15 pounds per 100. |
