cooking a BBQ for 140 people
Chk, steak, sausage and salmon how much of each will I need.

1 piece (not quarter) of chicken per person, PLUS 1 pound steak per 4 PLUS 1 pound sausage per 5-6 PLUS 1 pound salmon per 5. Somebody needs to slice and serve the first round of staek or you will run out.
