Hello! I am having a pizza party for 43 adults. I will be serving pizza, wings and an 18" antipasto platter. The largest pizza the restaurant has is a 14"-It can be cut into either eight triangular pieces or 12 square pieces & I am opting for the squares. My question is- How many pizzas & pounds of wings should I order? I was estimating 2 slices of pizza for each female and 3 slices per male, which came out to 12-13 pizzas. The antipasto tray will have 3lbs variety of cheeses, 3lbs variety of meat & 4-5lbs variety of olives & other veggies. I was also wondering if you could suggest a variety of pizzas that you think would please a crowd. I was thinking:
4 Deluxe: Sausage, ham, olives, green pepper & onion |

pizza & wings Jourdan, I get about 11 pizzas with your numbers. I would do about 3 deluxe, 3 pepperoni, 2 veggie supreme, 3 other. You need some with no meat. I would add a big salad- see the plan for 100 page, use 1/2- and bread sticks or garlic bread. |

pizza & wings I wrote the list wrong-Suppose to be 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage & 2 veggie pizzas. Thanks for the advice on the number of pizzas...I keep worrying we won't have enough. 11 sounds good. How many pounds of wings do you think we will need? Salad is a great idea! |

pizza & wings At least 15 pounds wings, and 20 would not be too many if it is a younger crowd. Also, consider legs instead- more interesting and a better buy- 2 per gal, 3 per guy. |

pizza & wings I wish we could do legs! We're having the party in a restaurant party room- They're taking care of pizza & wings and we bring in the rest.
The party is just adults. |

pizza & wings 3 pounds snack mix. 1/4 cup dip per kind per person. A pound is usually about 2 cups. |

pizza & wings For 40 ppl that would be 10lbs of each dip...with 2 dips that would be 20lbs of dip, and a 1/2 dip per person? That sounds crazy! |

pizza & wings 1 pound serves 8- 5 pounds of each- your math went a little wild... |
