We're having a bridal shower tomorrow and I am trying to confirm what the butcher is telling me. I want to be sure I'm not short on bologna. How many rings do you feel are needed for 50 women. It is sceduled for 2PM, so most people will have had lunch already. We will also be having cheese cubes, deviled eggs, bologna pickle roll-ups, picle/olive tray, chips/pretzels, fruit & veggie trays, punch, coffee and tea. The butcher said figure 6 women will equal 1/2 ring, so I got 5 rings...will that be too much, not enough or just right? |

Dawn, you do not say how much they weigh. I would allow about 1 pound per 8-10. |
