Need help with how much food to make

08/12/12 		I am throwing a graduation party and am making brats, hot dogs, chicken breast and 3 slabs of baby back ribs. Along with various sides. What I am wondering is how many brats and chicken breasts do I need to serve 35 people along with what I already have?!

08/12/12 		Cut the ribs into single ribs after cooking.

Cook 1 pound of brats for each 4-5 and 1 pound boneless or 2 pounds bone in chicken for each 4.
