Ellen I have been chosen to create a menue and cook for the company picnic 250 people. Would you please let me know if I need to make any adjustments to the quantities. Hot Dogs 216 hot dogs Chicken 49lbs boneless skinless breasts (84 breasts cut in half 168 pieces) Burgers 72lbs fresh pre made burgers (144 burgers) Vegan -penne w/garlic& olive oil, fennel, Italian spice, red pepper flakes 10lbs Tossed Salad 30lbs onion 10lb tomato 24lb lettuce 14 heads Thank you. |

This is not enough food for 250 people. What is the entire menu. Have a vegetarian sandwich- Boca Burgers or Morning Star- a case or 24 is about right for this size group. |

Ellen This is my revised menu but it's now for 270 people. 240 hot dogs, 120 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half), 264 1/2lb bugers, 40lbs potato salad, 35lbs tossed salad, 270 individule bags of chips, 288 ice cream bars. Thank you for the advice. |

Halve the hot dogs and consider Polish sausages or kielbasa if this is grown ups. You need at least 8 gallons of potato salad (I usually recommend 10-11). You still need a case of veggie burgers.
