I was wondering how many pounds of beef I should buy for grilling beef kabobs for at
least 50 guests. Would 15 pounds be too much?

It depends on whether it is a main or side dish and whether the sauce is thick or thin, I have posted the EXACT info on the lotsa pasta page and/or the quantities for 100 page. Check it out.

Pig Roast
We ar throwing a Pig Roast for my parent's 40th Anniversary. The Pig Roast will be prepared by a caterer; however, we plan on making the side dishes.

How much potato salad, coldslaw & baked beans should we make for 50-60 people?

Go to the quantities for 100 planning lists in Big Pots and make 6/10 the amount for 100. All these foods are listed. There are also LOTS of recipes for 100 for all these foods- just make 6/10.
