I was wondering how many pounds of beef I should buy for grilling beef kabobs for at least 50 guests. Would 15 pounds be too much? |

Abolutely not. I would allow 1 pound raw for each 3 persond. |

It depends on whether it is a main or side dish and whether the sauce is thick or thin, I have posted the EXACT info on the lotsa pasta page and/or the quantities for 100 page. Check it out. |

Go to the quantities for 100 planning lists in Big Pots and make 6/10 the amount for 100. All these foods are listed. There are also LOTS of recipes for 100 for all these foods- just make 6/10. |
