hi For appetizers for a wedding of 100 we are having cheese and crackers and vegies and dip. I would like to add a fruit tray with strawberries and green grapes. How much of each do I need? Should I use whole stawberries with the stem and grapes in 3-4 clusters? Both on the same tray?Do I need dip or plates? Thanks |

Good choice for color and balance. Use whole strawberries if there is no one to take the tops off the day of, but be sure there are some trash cans handy, or you will end up with tops on the floor. Cutting the grapes to 3-4 is correct, and can be done the day before. One quart strawberries per 10-12, 1 pound grapes per 5-6. Yes, with the appetizers you have planned, you need plates. 2 per person, and buy where you can return unopened packs. |

fruit Hi I decided to do a fresh cut fruit bowl for a 100 people. I want only 3 fruits for less prep work, strawberries, grapes and blueberries. How many pounds of each would I need? Or should I put in other fruits? Thanks |

Messier to serve, needs cups or plates and forks. This will be very costly unless you use in season or frozen melon to bulk it up. See the fruit tray page for discussion for amounts. |
