08/19/12 		Hi...I am feeded about 400 people for a church fundraiser. BBQ meat is covered. How much of the following do I need?
Chips
Beans
Potato salad
Mustard
Pickles
Onions

08/20/12 		I allow 1 pound chips per 10, this is a relatively expensive side dish. You might consider slaw instead- 3 gallons per 100.

Beans- 3 gallons per 100
Potato salad-4 1/2 gallons per 100
Mustard- 1 quart per 100
Pickles-1 gallon per 100
Onions-sliced? 7 pounds per 100

We are having cobbler for dessert. How much ice cream will we need if we a small dollop on each serving?
