I am needing to reheat 150 pounds of chopped brisket. How is the best way to accomplish this? I have lots of roasters. Will that work? How long will it take? What temp? |

You need to preheat the roasters to 350 for at least 20 minutes, and you can only plug in one roaster to each circuit or you blow the fuses. Each roaster will do 20 pounds. About 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Temp at center must reach 180 degrees. I would reheat in very large roaster pans in regular preheated ovens. Heat some of the sauce and pour over to help speed the process. |
