Turkey Dinner for 300

08/23/12 		I am working on a turkey dinner to feed about 300 people of various ages. The turkey should already be under control, but now I am focusing on the fixings. Does the following sound right?

Rolls- 600
Stuffing- 112.5 lb
Mashed Potatoes- 112.5 lb
Green Beans- 75 lb
Gravy- 37.5 lb

Lemonade- 12 gallons
Kool Aid- 12 gallons
Coffee- 6 lb

08/23/12 		Looks OK. You need:

butter- 3 pounds per 100
increase the gravy about 10%
Cranberry sauce- or see the crock pot cranberry relish on the Big Pots page.

Check the beverages page. Do dinner level coffee, do 12 gallons iced tea also, do not forget the ice.
