Having a 60th birthday party, all adults. I was planning a family style dinner with Penne vodka and chicken marsala and london broil. I may also go red bliss potatoes and/or string bean almondine. Question is how many pounds of chicken will i need? |

I would do 16 pounds raw of beef and 8 pounds raw boneless skinless breat, cut in small medallions. See the Marsala recipe on the wedding chicken page on this site. |
