So far we have 40 people coming to the shower. We plan on hot turkey, hot roast beef and meatballs for entree. How much of each do we need to cook? Please help me. |

For 40, I would do 10 pounds roast beef, 7 pounds meatballs and about the same turkey. You will have some, not too much, left and everyone will get her first choice. |
