I am doing a Benefit Dinner for a friend's dad, and am trying to figure out just how many pounds of Ham and Beans we will need to cook for 300 people. This is not a very popular dinner meal, as I can't find hardly anything on Ham and Beans. Please help!! |

Each pound of dried beans serves about 6 as an entree meal, and you want to chunk up 1 pound of ham for each 4-5. You need to look for ham ends and pieces, this is perfect for this type dish and a great buy. Side dishes, rice and corn bread and greens or green beans. |
