looking to feed about 150 guest....does 35 lbs of brisket,15 pounds of chicken breast ,and 15 pounds of sausage sound about right? eric |

If it were my party, I would do at least 50 pounds of brisket (60 would not be too much- it shrinks terribly), 30 pounds breast, 30 pounds sausage. For bbq party meals you need to end up with about 7-8 ounces cooked meat per person. |
