We are cooking pork to make pulled pork sandwiches for our 25th class reunion soon! We have 3 of the big roasters, know we need to have 38-40lbs of pork. The question is this- how long and how do we cook it in using the roasters? Help! |

You can use any slow cooker recipe by turning to 200 (low) or 300 (high). Or any oven recipe, same temps as a regular oven. Make ahead, freeze in sauce for rich flavor. |
