please read my article in Big Pots on brisket and BBQ for info on mixed meat BBQ quantities. The amounts are beyond the scope of this site, my only suggestion is use the quantities for 100 and multiply.
With amounts this size you have real issues with food safety, also it takes about 150 people to staff a BBQ this size. You may need tempoarary licenses from the health department and you may need to rent a refrigerated truck for tood safte storage.

I am needing a simple baked bean recipe for about 1100-1500 people at a church picnic. What are the quantities for such a crowd?

04/20/07 		See my beans for 100 recipes, choose one, and make 15 times- don't try to make it all at once, though- you really do need to make it 15 times (or have 15 people make it once).
