Hi Ellen, I cook for a crowd and this week I wanted to try to make a fresh Tomato pie for a side dish for 32 people. I have full size chaffing pans, can I make my crust in the chaffing pan, bake it, then fill and bake and serve all in one-serve buffet style. Thank you! D2 |

Yes, but you will need about 1 1/2 pans for this amount of people. |
