How much meat will I get off an 18lb turkey. I am going to shred it so I will use just about all the meat I can off of it. We have about 40 to 50 people to feed. I will supplement another meat once I find out how much I will get off the bird!! Thanks |

About 1 cup per whole pound, maybe a bit more with the large bird. |
