First of all love your site lots of help, At my job we are wanting to do a potatoe bar party , the problem is there is 5 hours before we eat of worktime could I prebake the potatoes and then put them in my large roaster or crockpots and have them on warm temp so they stay hot I read on your site not to wrap in foil . I will be serving 26 people. Thanks for any advise |
