Hi, Mel, You need more than 140 tacos for 140 people... Anyway, I do specifically recommend thigh meat for shredding, it holds better and the texture and flavor are better. See the taco bar page (button at the top of the forum )for discussion on amount of meats and other toppings. You do 1.4 times the amounts to serve 140 people. |
