how much product will i need to make greenbean casserole, cheesy potatoes and homeade mac and cheese for 150 people.. and how much veggies will i need for that many people for a veggie tray? |

Nichole, all those items are covered on site. See Ellen's Better Green Bean Casserole, in the holiday cooking section at the top of Big Pots, the cheesy potato recipe at the end of the festive brunch article (make for 100 if it is the same meal as the mac), and make 10 pounds dry mac for the mac and cheese if it is the same meal as the potatoes. See the veggie tray page for the veggies but consider doing the classic relish tray on the same page as part of the offering. |
