I am serving 130 men and they aske for Roast beef and meatballs with rolls and salad. Was thinking of including desserts also. How much of each should I get Roast beef, meatballs, rolls and salad should I get?

I would count this as 150, as this is a light meal. Definitely include dessert. A cobbler or dump cake is a simple choice- see the recipe at the very end of the spaghetti page.

I would add potato or pasta (probably potato) salad to the green salad. Amount for 100 for each

1 pound raw boneless beef and 1/4 cup gravy per person per 3 PLUS 1 pound meatballs per 4 plus 3-4 cups sauce per pound.
