I am planning my daughter's wedding, 450-500 guests expected. It is an afternoon wedding. We are planning appetizers in 1 room (2-3 appetizers per person). For the actual reception, we will be serving 3 kinds of cupcakes(600 total), chocolate covered cheesecake bites(800 total), blueberry mini pies(250), lemon mini pies(250) and fruit platters. How much do I actually need for fruit trays, considering there is so much of everything else. We will also be having water, with floating citrus fruits, orange cream punch and coffee. |

Although you feel like this is a lot, it is a bit actually shy of the totals you need; 3 kinds of cupcakes(600 total), chocolate covered cheesecake bites(800 total), blueberry mini pies(250), lemon mini pies(250)- OK Appetizers, you need at LEAST 6 bites per person. Fruit tray, see the deluxe tray for 100, do at least 4. |
