Would I be able to make Mexican Chicken Casserole in 22qt. electric roaster oven? I need an entree for 125 people and I am too short on oven space to be able to cook and hold 6 large pans of casserole safely. |

You will need two, possibly 3 roasters (requires more than one circuit to avoid blowing fuses) but yes, you can. |
