Hi Ellen, I am preparing a sweet potato bar for 200 people. How many potatoes would I need and could i use canned? |

The potatoes will be spooned in a 4 oz cup for a "taste" event. |

You can use canned, but it really depends on what the need is, for example, baked or mashed are also very tasty options and the texture is better, not quite so sweet. |
