So my 5 year work anniversary is coming up. We've never done a Taco Night on my team so that is what I plan to do. Problem is I have to sleep during the day before going into work that night with all the fixings. How much do I get for 15-20 people? How do I "slow cook" the meat or store it in a roaster so that it doesn't burn and how do I cook it in general? |

Crock pot/ slow cooker for sure for the meat. Make ahead, refrigerate. Set crock on high to reheat, allow 2 hours. Any taco meat recipe will work. Use the taco/potato bar page to figure the toppings, use 1/5 the amounts for 100 for 20. or 1/4 if you suspect a few more drop ins. |
