I am working on menu for 602's class reunion. For dessert I have 400 cupcakes, 1 large (20-3/4 x 12-13/16 x 3-3/16 pan with banana pudding, 2 of these with peach cobbler, will this be enough to serve 225 |

It is enough stuff. The only difficulty is that the pans will run out early and that can cause disappointment. |
