Our church is planning to do a Thanksgiving/Christmas for the needy in our community. We are planning on feeding 100- 200. We are having ham, turkey & dressing, green beans, corn, cranberry salad, rolls that I know of right now. Can you give me quantities to fix for 100 and we can double if needed. We will be buying the gallon size cans of veggies.THANKS! |

The large cans only hold 3 quarts, not a gallon. The information you need is covered in detail in the holiday cooking section at the top of the Big Pots page. |
