hi ellen, my best friend recently got married in bermuda but is having an at home reception as well. she has asked myself and some other friends and family to help make the food b/c catering is just not in the buget. i loove to cook and am looking forward to it just need some tips. we will be doing baked ziti, penne with a pumpkin cream sauce, penne with sausage peppers and onions and then two dif salads. i have two days plus the day of to prep. any good advice? also, with chafers how many would you recommend? any advice would be helpful |
