please advise me on baking in roaster ovens. how many roasters of cheesy potatoes, green beans will I need for 650? I'm also making a pasta salad...how much? |

Vickie, it would take 8 roasters of potatoes and at least 6 of green beans for this size group. This will blow every fuse in the building- you can only plug in one or two at most, to one circuit. You need to cook in regular ovens. For the pasta salad, do 6 times the recipe for 100. Also, you need at least 8 serving lines, and 10 would be better. |
