Bagels
Cheeses
Beverages
Fruit & cookies
We have no idea what quantity we need of each item, can you help? thanks so much

You need a total of 8 gallons. I would probably do 2 egg, 3 each of the others.

Pasta Salad
Green Salad-
Use the plan for 100 tables for these

Bagels- 1 large whole per person, plus 10%
Cheeses 15 pounds, some can be logs or balls. With the bagels, 8 should be cream cheeses.
You also need about 10 pounds of jams and jellies.

Cookies- 1 each of up to 4 different kinds smallish size (2") per person
